Progress & Pain

By now you know the situation with my mom. She was sent home on Friday from the hospital. Since then, with the morphine drip no longer attached, she has been in pain. The swelling in her face has been going down very little by very little. She is a bit bruised around the incision area of her neck, is having some trouble hearing in one ear, and her fibromyagia may be acting up. But the worst pain is still in her shoulder, which feels almost like it is dislocated. Due to the pain she has not been able to sleep very well. And the wound on her leg has needed clean dressing more often than expected.

Please continue to pray that her healing progresses toward the desired results with minimal and manageable pain. She is scheduled to see the doctor again on Friday.
